Managing teams

Consolidate your teamwork by creating and managing dedicated teams, tailored to suit specific tasks and objectives.

Creating a team

Begin by navigating to the Teams page and clicking the "New Team" button. Name your team and select a color that best represents your group. This team will now be available for collaboration within the system.

Adding and removing team members

After the team has been created, members can be added by clicking the dropdown menu on the team and selecting "Add Member.

Utilize the input box to add individuals to the team by their email address. Members can be removed at any time by clicking the 'X' next to their name, providing flexibility in team structure.

Inbox assignment

Customize the distribution of threads and messages by assigning them to specific users or teams, ensuring that information reaches the right hands.

Assigning a thread to a user

To assign a thread to a user, click the "Assign" button on the thread and select the desired recipient. This ensures that the messages within the thread appear in the user's inbox.

Explore threads assigned to specific users by visiting their page, displaying all threads linked to them.

Assigning a thread to a team

Assigning a thread to a team is similar to assigning to a user, but the messages will be accessible to all team members. View threads allocated to a team by going to the team's page, where the team's inbox will reveal all assigned threads.

Reassigning and unassigning threads

Reassigning or unassigning threads is simple. Click the name of the assigned user or team, and the "Assign Thread" slideover will allow you to choose someone else to assign the thread to.

To unassign a thread, select the currently assigned user or team. Look for the "Unassign" word or a minus sign next to the user or team's name.

Thread resolution

Mark threads as resolved by clicking the resolve button. This action removes the thread from assigned inboxes and unassigns it. You will still be able to view the thread in the "All" tab.

When a thread receives a new message from a patient, it will automatically become unresolved and rise to the top of the inbox.

Inbox filters

Utilize various filters to effortlessly manage and navigate your inbox.

Mine: The "Mine" filter displays all threads assigned to you or the teams you are a part of, creating a personalized view.

Unassigned: The "Unassigned" filter uncovers all unresolved threads that haven't been assigned yet, offering a quick overview of pending communications.

Unresolved: With the "Unresolved" filter, you can see all threads that are still unresolved, regardless of their assignment status.

All: The "All" filter provides a comprehensive view of all threads associated with your phone line, irrespective of their resolution or assignment status.
