1. Introduction

Welcome to Patient Glue. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Patient Glue (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities

The user is responsible for the security of their account and the password. The user is also responsible for all the activities that occur under the account. The user agrees to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user’s failure to comply with this Section.

3. Prohibited Activities

The user agrees not to use the Service to post or otherwise transmit information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials (“Content”) that:

• is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
• contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
• solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
• constitutes or promotes information that the user knows is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
• would constitute or promote a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law;

4. Account Termination

The Company may terminate the user’s access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If the user wishes to terminate this Agreement or the user’s account (if the user has one), the user may simply discontinue using the Service.

5. Liability Limitation

The user expressly understands and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

• the use or the inability to use the Service;
• the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service;
• the user’s failure to keep the password or account details secure and confidential;
• information or Content that the user submits, posts, or otherwise transmits using the Service;
• unauthorized access to or alteration of the user’s transmissions or data;
• any other matter relating to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The user acknowledges and agrees that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. The user further acknowledges and agrees that Content contained in information presented to the user through the Service is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by the Company or advertisers, the user agrees not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.

7. Dispute Resolution

The user agrees that any claim or dispute the user may have against the Company must be resolved by a court located in the state of Illinois, United States of America, except as otherwise agreed by the parties. The user agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the state of Illinois, United States of America for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, United States of America, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

The Company may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. Users will be informed of any changes via email. By using the Service, the user agrees to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms to which the user is bound.
